1. How do I apply for a job?

Complete and submit an online application by clicking on the jobs button on any page.

Resumes may be submitted as additional information, however, applications are required for all positions.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer. Older versions or other browsers may not work correctly. If you continue to have problems you can complete the an application at the Public Library or Workforce Development.

5. How do I file a complaint or compliment on an employee of the police department?

Contact the Internal Affairs Unit at (575) 746-5014 during normal business hours or an on-duty supervisor after hours. Complaint/compliment forms can be completed online or also be obtained from the records department at the Public Safety Complex or at the Artesia City Hall. Complement Complaint Form
