The City of Artesia is currently working on improving sidewalk ramps in multiple spots around town. In some places, we are creating new ramps, and in others we are repairing existing ramps and bringing them up to modern code. The goal of this work is to help with pedestrian mobility throughout the city; especially for those who may have mobility challenges.
During this work, you may see orange barrels at various intersections throughout the city. Please remember to drive safely in and around work zones.
