For today's Shelter Spotlight, meet Stevo! He is a 2-year old heeler mix who was found roaming the county. He's been at the Artesia Animal Shelter since November, which is longer than most dogs stay.
He's too big to be a lap dog but don't burst his bubble by telling him that. He would make a great buddy if you're thinking about getting a dog.
