NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a quorum of the Artesia City Council may be in attendance at a meeting hosted by the Artesia Chamber of Commerce. The meeting will take place on February 13, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 301 Bulldog Blvd, Artesia, NM.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the purpose of the meeting is to discuss strategies on how to maximize community impact during the National Championship Air Races. This meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated, nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body.
