NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 5:00 p.m., on August 13, 2024, in Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
- An ordinance for Amending Title 12, Section 12-2-A & Repealing 12-2-2 E of the Artesia City Code
- An ordinance for Case No. 24-02: Variance to build a fence on 15ft of Public R-O-W (Right of Way) on the Southeast Corner of 7th Street & Dallas Avenue. Lot 11, Block: 50 ARTESIA IMP CO Quarter: NW S: 17 T: 17S R: 26E
- An ordinance for Controlling the Service and Consumption of Alcohol Beverages on Property Belonging to the City of Artesia, New Mexico, and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
