NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 5:00 p.m., on July 09, 2024, in Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
- An ordinance Amending Title 9, Sections 9-2-2 and 9-4-11 of the Artesia City Code.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
