On May 23, 2023, the Artesia Senior Center hosted it's 35th Annual Volunteers' Banquet! It was a festive and fun event in honor of all of the volunteers who help the seniors in our community in many aspects of their lives including assistance with the amazing events hosted at the Artesia Senior Center.
Pictured is Nyzhony Bustamante performing an incredible, special dance for the seniors and volunteers. Shown in picture two from left to right are Lane Morrisett, Aria Molina, Jazlene Tovar, Youth Minister Cory Landolt, Kaden Morrisett, Emma Morrisett, Alexander Molina, and Katherine Lewis of Hermosa Church of Christ. These volunteers served the meal and sang a couple of songs for the seniors and volunteers. The entertainment was remarkable, and we are so grateful for our community. As you can see in the final picture, it was a full house, and everyone enjoyed the event.
