We would like to introduce Mr. Jim McGuire who has been appointed to the position of Community Development Director. Jim comes to Artesia from Lake County Colorado where he served as the Director of Building and Land Use. Jim has over 26 years planning and zoning experience as well as experience in economic development. Jim has a Bachelors degree in Community and Regional Planning and a Master of Social Science, Emphasis in Public Administration. Welcome to Artesia Jim!
