NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Artesia City Council will hold a special meeting in Council Chambers at City Hall, 511 W. Texas, Artesia, New Mexico on the 2nd day of May 2023, at 1:30 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the purpose of the meeting is for the consideration and approval of the FY24 comp study budget items and reserve policy.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
