We have gotten a report of an individual soliciting businesses to utilize a service claiming that the City of Artesia will pay for the first "job". The City of Artesia DOES NOT pay for the first "job" of ANY company or service for citizens or businesses. IF A COMPANY IS OFFERING THIS, IT IS A SCAM. Services mentioned in this scam may include cleaning out or sanitizing dumpsters. Please be aware, and do not fall victim to these false promises!
