NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Government Meeting held on March 20, 2025, beginning at 12 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 511 W. Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the purpose of this meeting is to discuss events in Artesia the week of National Championship Air Races.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated, nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a majority of the Council may be participating.
