NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 5:00 p.m., on August 9, 2022, in Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 

  1. Consideration of an ordinance amending Section 1-6-14 D and 1-6-15A of the Artesia Municipal Code – Hours Work
  2.  Consideration of an ordinance amending Ordinance 524 Animal Shelter Fees.

 NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
