This event is on Saturday, September 1 from 4pm-6pm. This group meets the first Saturday of the month. Event is free and open to the public. Grades 6-12.

One of the most recommended ways to free yourself from stress is to practice meditation. However, a lot of people are intimidated by the idea of just sitting down and existing. We are going to explore what is called guided meditation. This is where someone is talking to you during the process and guides you through it. Free and open to the public. Reading. Cooking. Crafting. It's a book club for foodies, crafters, and multi-taskers that meets the last Thursday of every month. We meet and eat what members bring that relate to the book. We also craft and gab about the current book. So bring your craft while we gab, munch, and craft. December's book is "Not Quite Nice" by Celia Imrie. Books are provided by the library. Free, open to the public for ages 18 +. It's good books, good crafts, and good eats.
