If I have a bench warrant and go to Court, will I be arrested?
That depends on the type of bench warrant. If the bench warrant is for failure to pay fines, and you have the funds to pay for the outstanding fines, then you can pay them in full, and have the warrant will be recalled. If you do not have the funds to pay for the fines, then the warrant may be served.

If the warrant is for failure to appear or failure to comply then the warrant may be served.
