Census data provides financial assistance to health Care, food assistance programs, public education, libraries and community development. Plus federal funding for transportation, housing, and small business development.

How to Respond
By April 1, 2020, every home will receive an invitation to participate in the 2020 Census. You will have three options for responding:
• By phone (1-844-330-2020) English/ (1-844-468-2020) Spanish
• By mail
In mid-March, households will begin receiving official Census Bureau mail with detailed information on how to respond to the 2020 Census.
