Library -- Remembering Life in Rural New Mexico

Saturday, April 27, 2019

Drs. Mary Alice Scott and Kelly Jenks from NMSU will be here sharing the oral histories they gathered during their recent program, the New Mexico Rural Heritage Oral History Project. New Mexicans throughout the state shared their memories of growing up during the 30's, 40's, and 50's. This project was made possible through the efforts of the New Mexico Humanities Council as well as New Mexico State University and the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum. All ages are welcome. Bring your own stories to share since audience participation is encouraged. Free and open to the public.
