2012 Comprehensive Plan

A comprehensive plan is the official public document adopted by City Council as a policy guide to decision-making about the physical development of the community.  It indicates in a general way how the leaders of the government want the community to develop over the next 20 to 30 years.

The State of New Mexico encourages local entities to update their comprehensive plan every five years.  This latest update was adopted in October 2012.
